All arrangements have been completed for the investiture of the Pioneer Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State, His Imperial Majesty, Alayeluwa, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, the Olowo of Owo Kingdom of Ondo State.
A press release, from the Office of the Registrar, signed by Mustafa Ibrahim, Head Information and Publicity, indicated that the ceremony will also feature the Matriculation Ceremony for the 2023 / 2024 Academic Session undergraduate intake.
The event is scheduled for the School of Science, Information & Communication Technology Ground, at FUTB Permanent Campus, Kano Road, Babura, on Saturday, 4th May, 2024.
The Pioneer Chancellor His Imperial Majesty, Alayeluwa, the Olowo of Owo Kingdom is scheduled to pay courtesy visits on Friday to the Emirs of Kano and Dutse as well as the Executive Governor of Jigawa State; and do the same on Saturday afternoon to the Emir of Ringim.
