The attention of the Management of the Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) had been drawn to a now viral letter, bearing a fake letter-head of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, on the above subject and purported to have been signed by the Ag. Head, Procurement Unit of the University. This is to bring to the notice of the general public and friends of the University that the said letter(s) was never issued by the Federal University of Technology, Babura, Jigawa State, and that the officially delegated representatives of the University on such matters (The Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar or their designated representatives) were not party to the issuance of the letter and thus it should be ignored. This is apparently the work of scammers, PLEASE BE WARNED AS THE UNIVERSITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS CAUSED TO INDIVIDUALS OR COMPANIES.
